Ingredients

cup honey: 1/3

cup soy sauce –reduced sodium: 1/4

cm gingerroot – peeled and grated: 2

tsp sesame oil: 1

small white fish fillets: 8

How To Make Ginger Fish

  1. Combine honey, soy, ginger, and oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook while stirring until the marinade comes to a boil.
    1. Set aside to cool.
    2. Pour marinade into a ceramic dish.
  3. Add fish to cooled marinade.
    1. Turn to coat.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a chargrill or barbecue over medium heat.
  5. Remove fish from the marinade while preserving the marinade.
  6. Cook fish for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

Note: Make sure to brush with marinade.

  1. Place onto plates.
  2. Serve with Asian salad greens.
