tsp freshly ground black pepper: 1/4

tbsp extra virgin olive oil: 2

tbsp thinly sliced shallot: 2

package herb salad blend: 1 (5-ounce)

tsp kosher salt: 1/4

How To Make Green Salad

  1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in shallots.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salad blend making sure to coat by tossing.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with salt.
