Ingredients

gm boneless fish, cut into small pieces: 500

red chili paste: 1/2 tsp

lemon Juice: 2 tsp

ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp

salt to taste

gram flour: 100 gm

flour: 50gm

tsp carom seeds: 1/2

tsp turmeric powder: 1/2

Red chili Powder: 1/2 tsp

Garam masala: 5 gm

vinegar: 1/2 tsp

oil: 2 Tbsp

gm coriander leaves: 25

gm mint leaves: 15

Mayonnaise, for serving

How To Make Fish Pakora

  1. Mix the fish with red chili paste, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  2. Add flours, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala and vinegar. Mix well and add little water to make some dough with the fish.
  3. You should gently mix the batter onto the both sides of the fish pieces. Heat a pan and pour in the oil.
  4. Drop in the fish pieces and fry until golden-brown in color. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve pakora with some mint chutney and the mayonnaise. To prepare the mint chutney, mix coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt.
