Fish Reacheado

While the Fish reacheado itself is predominantly part of the goan cuisine, the word ‘goan’ is a Portuguese word which means ‘stuffed’. The name fits the description of the Fish Reacheado which involves plenty of Indian spices and chillis being stuffed into the fish. This particular recipe is meant to make your mouth water because of all the layers upon layers if intense flavors which instantly stimulate all the taste buds of the mouth. This Fish Reacheado is guaranteed to make your summer days into memorable occasions, and the best part is that it doesn’t require deep knowledge of Indian traditions.

The consumption of fish is so important that the American Heart Association recommends eating it at least two times a week to make a part of everyone’s diet.

The antioxidants present in pomfret prevent depression, decrease stress levels and contribute to good mental health overall. Selenium fights off free radicals in the cells and prevents the growth of cancer.
