Deep dish lasagna

Deep dish lasagna

This is the perfect recipe for deep dish meat lasagna. It is incredibly delicious because of the layers of soft noodles, meat sauce and melted cheese on top. If you have a large family, it can definitely be used to win over the crowd. The best part is that it is incredibly easy to find the ingredients and simple to make.

Health benefits

Lasagna isn’t just a delicious food – the noodles, cheese and flavorful tomatoes contain plenty of vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. The beef is packed with protein, which is essential for building muscles, repairing tissue and the healthy function of cells. The mozzarella cheese adds about 6.8 grams of proteins to the lasagna, which, coupled with the ground beef, can sometimes go over the recommended serving of saturated fat. We encourage readers to limit their consumption of lasagna.
