MCT oil or coconut oil: 1 tbsp

maca root: 1 tsp

a pinch of salt

cups of hot decaf coffee mixture prepared using any decaf coffee brand. Just simply take the decaf coffee and mix it in hot water.: 2

Ghee: 1 tbsp

pure unsweetened cacao powder: 1 tsp

turmeric: 1/8 tsp

How To Make Decaf Coffee

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients together and blend it for 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer to your mug and enjoy immediately while it still hot!
