Ingredients

thin spaghetti: 8 oz

cups chopped crabmeat: 2

cup asparagus - cut up

small onion - chopped: 1

clove garlic—minced: 1

tbsp olive oil: 1

tbsp water: 1-2 tbsp

tbsp fresh basil - cut fine: 1

tsp oregano- dried: 1

cup skim milk: 1

cup chicken broth: 1/2

tbsp flour: 1 1/2

tsp black pepper: 1/8

cup Italian cheese - grated: 1/4

How To Make Crab Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and place in large bowl.
  3. Cover to keep warm.
  4. Sauté onion & garlic in oil in a medium sauce pan until it turns golden

Note: Add water as necessary.

  1. In a small sauce pan stir together milk, chicken broth, flour, oregano, basil & pepper over medium heat until the mixture thickens and turnssmooth.
  2. Add asparagus to onion mixture and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add crab meat.
  4. Stir the thickened milk mixture into the crab mixture.
  5. Stir in cheese.
  6. Pour over pasta & toss.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
