How To Make Coconut water with mint and lemon

  • Break a coconut and collect the water in a jug. Scrape all the coconut meat with the help of a spoon. Chop the coconut meat finely and add to the coconut water.
  • Blend in honey, mint, lemon juice, and lemon.
  • Stir well and serve.

Vegans can replace honey with coconut nectar. You can also add a little tequila and ice.
