large banana: 1

cup frozen blue berries: 1

tbsp chia seeds (optional): 1

cup plain/vanilla flavored yogurt (use Greek for a creamier taste and non-fat for a healthier option): 1

tbsp milk: 2

How To Make Blueberry Smoothie

  1. In a blending jar, add the yogurt, milk frozen blueberries, banana and chia seeds together.
  2. Blend on high speed for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Serve immediately or let it chill for 20 minutes if you didn’t use frozen blueberries.
  4. Garnish some fresh blueberries on top of the glass. (optional)
