organic black Grapes: 1 lbs
Sugar: optional
fresh lemon juice: 1 tbsp
salt: a pinch
How To Make Black Grape Juice
- Rinse the black grapes well and drain.
- Place grapes into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice with a strainer.
- Press the pulp in the strainer with a spoon so the juice can be drained.
- Taste and if it is too strong, add water. If it is not sweet, add some sugar.
- Add lemon juice and serve in a tumbler glass.
- Add a pinch of salt when serving.
