The recipe of besan mawa laddoo calls for chickpea flour and condensed milk. Chickpea flour has high protein and fiber content that helps gain satiating properties, so you won’t have to risk overeating these tasty snacks, making them a guilt-free pleasure.

Just make a batch and store it in your storage containers, so you can have when you feel like.

Health Benefits

Ladoos are a dessert, so it wouldn’t be too surprising if you were suspect of their potential health benefits. Although they are in fact sweet and delicious and do possess a certain amount of sugar, they are still healthy, primarily due to the chickpea flour used in its preparation. Every 100 grams of chickpeas contains 57 grams of carbohydrates, making the chickpea an extremely dense source of energy. Chickpeas also help maintain pulmonary health, improve digestion, and even treat diabetes.
