How To Make Attu Kaal Soup
- Wash and rinse the lamb legs 3 to 4 times.
- Add turmeric powder and rub all over.
- Rinse again.
- Pour 4 cups of water into a pressure pan.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, pepper powder, curry leaves, and lamb legs.
- Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, and salt.
- Pressure cook again for 15 minutes.
- Discard the bones and serve hot.
