Ingredients

large raw king prawns – deveined.: 8

cloves garlic – peeled and finely chopped: 3

fresh red chilli: 1

A few sprigs flat-leaf parsley – fresh

ml olive oil: 50

tsp smoked paprika – finely chopped: 1/2

lemon: 1

How To Make Chilli Prawns

  1. Drizzle oil into a shallow heatproof terracotta dish over a medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and chilli.
    1. Cook for 30 seconds to flavor the oil.
  3. Stirring in the paprika.
  4. Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
    1. Add most of the parsley when you turn over the prawns.
    2. Squeeze half the lemon juice into the dish.
  5. Remove from heat and garnishwith the remaining parsley and a pinch of sea salt.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
