Ingredients

beets: 2

carrots: 2

lemons: 2

Honey: 3 tbsp

white wine: 1 glass

water: 1 glass

basil Leaves – a handful

How To Make Beetroot Juice

For Beetroot Juice

    1. Wash the beets thoroughly.
    2. Peel the beets off.
    3. Dice the beets into cubes.
    4. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
    5. Peel off the carrots.
    6. Dice the carrots into cubes.
    7. Add the diced beets and carrots in a blender.
    8. Add honey into the blender.
    9. Squeeze fresh lemon juice from the lemons into the blender. Make sure that none of the lemon seeds fall into the blender.
    10. Add ice cubes.
    11. Blend until all the ingredients turn into fine thick juice.
    12. Use a strainer to pour juice into a bowl while all the pulp stays behind.
    13. Pour the beetroot juice into glasses and garnish with chopped basil leaves.

You can make a batch of this juice and store it in your thermos flask, so you can have a cup when you feel like.
