Ingredients

balsamic vinegar: 2/3 cups

Honey: 1/4 cup

olive oil: 3 tbsp

soy sauce: 3 tbsp

finely minced fresh ginger: 2

finely minced garlic cloves: 4-5

hot sauce: 2 tsp

fresh ground black pepper

fish sauce: 1 tbsp

boneless pork loin: 2-2 1/2 pounds

How To Make Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

  1. In a large sized bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, hot sauce, black pepper and fish sauce well.
  2. Add the pork in it. Evenly coat it with the sauces. Refrigerate the pork loin for a day.
  3. To roast the pork, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C.
  4. Pour enough water or white wine at the bottom of the baking dish. Now place the chilled pork over it.
  5. While the pork roasts, spoon the liquid (after every 10 to 15 minutes) over the pork that is pooling in the bottom of the baking dish. Note that if the water or white wine dries up, then add more water or white wine.
  6. Roast the pork for an hour. Remove it from the oven. Let it rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
  7. Now cut the pork into even slices.
  8. Serve them in the serving platter with a delicious sauce of your own choice and enjoy!
