It is safe to consume butter during pregnancy. However, it is recommended to consume a moderate quantity. Also, if you have a history of lactose intolerance, you should avoid eating butter. It is better to consult with your doctor who will be the best judge when it comes to deciding whether you should be eating butter during pregnancy and in what quantity.
