5 Ingredients you can use to Condition Your Hair

Your hair is important as your skin. If you don’t care for it, it will start falling, turn dull and even go frizzy. It is better to avoid buying shampoo that already has conditioners. Instead, opt for natural hair conditioner before washing hair with your favorite shampoo. Most ingredients are probably available in your kitchenette or a quick run to supermarket.

Apple cider vinegar

This magical ingredient is found in most home remedies. While it is most preferred as skin care ingredient, apple cider vinegar is also an excellent remedy for healthy looking hair. However, it is recommended that you don’t use it without diluting. Keep the ratio 1:3. If you are sensitive to the acidic odor add a drop or two of essential oil.

That way, your hair gets deep nourishment. Heat it for 5 seconds and then apply it while its warm. Leave it overnight if your hair is too dry.

This is for people who wouldn’t mind bearing the strong smell. Eggs are highly nutritious, and its yolk contains fats that make hair healthier and stronger. You can use two whole eggs or just yolks and mix half cup olive oil. Apply the soft mixture 2 hours before shampooing.

Yogurt and egg

Yogurt is a natural probiotic used for healthy gut as it contains good amount protein and lactic acid. However, it also makes a perfect conditioner for your hair.
