Velveeta Cheese

Velveeta Cheese

For those who aren’t aware of it, Velveeta cheese is basically a brand name for a softer style of American cheese. The process for making homemade Velveeta cheese is similar to that of making American cheese, but the ingredients involved in the process are slightly different, and even easier in the case of Velveeta cheese. The ingredients blend together perfectly well, and create a final ingredient that finds its roots inside the amazing variants of cheese present further in the west. We find the roots of cheese coming from Europe, but the variants made in the US have made a quite mark for themselves.

This recipe will yield you around 22 inches of cheese, which is why if you want to add more, you can alter the ingredients based on your overall feasibility.

Health Benefits

Velveeta cheese is not as high in calories as other forms of cheese, and can be beneficial for one’s health. Homemade Velveeta cuts down the processing of cheese, and gives a healthy end alternative.
