Ingredients

oil: 1 tbsp

medium onion- sliced: 1

cup of carrot- diagonally sliced: 1

broccoli florets: 2 cups

large red bell pepper- cut into strips: 1

soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Garlic powder: 1 tsp

ginger: 1 tsp

sesame seed- toasted: 2 tsp

How To Make Vegetable Stir fry

  1. Heat up oil in a wok.
  2. Add carrot and onion then stir for about 2 minutes. 
  1. Add remaining vegetables and stir for about 7 minutes so that the vegetables become soft. 
  1. Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder; stir well to blend everything together. 
  1. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
  1. Serve immediately.
