Ingredients

pounds of chicken (thighs), boneless and skinless: 2

salt and pepper

cloves of garlic (crushed): 6

tbsp white wine vinegar: 2

shallots, chopped: 2

tbsp of flour: 2

cups of beef broth: 2

pounds chicken breast tenderloins: 1 1/2

tbsp of olive oil (extra virgin): 3

tbsp butter: 2

sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped finely: 6

How To Make Tuscan Chicken

  1. Take a deep, large skillet pan and put it over medium-high heat.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the chicken along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cut the chicken pieces in half and add crushed garlic to it.
  3. Fry each half of the chicken for 2 minutes, till both the sides are brown. Take the chicken off the pan and into a plate and place it to the side, covered. Do the same with the remaining piece.
  4. Add white wine vinegar, butter, shallots, and rosemary to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Then add flour to the mixture and cook for a minute more.
  5. Then pour in the beef broth and whisk it till the liquids start to bubble. Put the chicken pieces back into the pan and let it simmer in the mixture over moderate heat for 7 – 8 minutes.
  6. Take the skillet pan off the stove once done, and serve immediately.
