Ingredients

half an avocado (avocado should be ripe)

quarter cup of mayonnaise

ciabatta rolls: 2

tablespoon of divided olive oil: 1

provolone cheese-slices: 2

fresh spinach leaves: 1 cup

a quarter of a pound thinly sliced smoked turkey breast

roasted red peppers, sliced into two strips

How To Make Turkey Avocado Panini

  1. Mash the avocado along with the mayonnaise in a single bowl. Keep mashing them thoroughly till they are properly mixed.
  2. Preheat a Panini sandwich
  3. Split the ciabatta rolls halfway across the flat way for making the sandwiches. Make sure to brush the rolls with olive oil.
  4. Place the bottom of both rolls into the Panini press and olive oil.
  5. Place half of the sliced turkey breast, the provolone cheese slice, half the spinach leaves and the sliced roasted peppers on each sandwich.
  6. Spread the avocado mixture on the cut surface present on each top. Then, place the top of your roll on the sandwich.
  7. Now, brush the top of your roll with olive oil.
  8. Close the Panini press and then cook the bun until it is crisp and toasted.
  9. The cheese should melt by 5 to 8 minutes, which is why now you can devour the flavors.
