coconut milk: 400 ml
Lime leaves: 2

A handful of asparagus spears
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Shrimp peeled and vein removed: 1 kg
How To Make Thai Green Curry to go with Shrimp
1. Heat oil in a wok
2. Add green curry paste and stir for a minute or two
3. Add shrimp and stir-fry to cover shrimp with curry paste.
4. When the shrimp turns pink, add coconut milk, lime leaves, fish sauce, and sugar, stir the mixture let boil.
5. Simmer till the sauce becomes thick.
6. Add green beans and asparagus.
7. Stir for around 3 minutes or until the beans and asparagus become tender.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
