1 cup jaggery

How To Make Sweet Sevai
- Heat water in a pan.
- Add in salt.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add in sevai and cook according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Combine the jaggery, water, and coconut in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Let it simmer for 5 - 6 mins until the mixture thickens.
- Add in the cardamom powder.
- Mix well.
