Ingredients

cup all-purpose flour: 1/4

cooked lasagna noodles: 9

cup butter or margarine: 1/4

medium finely chopped onion: 1

finely chopped garlic cloves: 2

cup chicken broth: 1/3

teaspoon salt: 1/2

teaspoon pepper: 1/4

slightly beaten eggs: 1

cup grated parmesan cheese: 1/2

cup ricotta cheese: 1/2

cup chopped fresh parsley: 1/4

packages crabmeat (8 ounces each): 2

packages cooked shrimp (4 ounces each): 3

tablespoon chopped fresh parsley: 1

How To Make Seafood Lasagna

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir occasionally until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add flour and cook it until bubbly.
  4. Gradually add in broth, and continue mixing thoroughly. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Once it is boiled, remove it from the heat and set aside.
  6. Mix egg, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese and ¼ cup parsley in a medium bowl. Set it aside.
  7. In an ungreased 13x9 baking dish, spread ¾ cups of the sauce. Layer it with 3 noodles.
  8. Spread half of the crabmeats and shrimps over them. Now repeat the process.
  9. Complete the process by layering it with the sauce.
  10. Top it up by sprinkling mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly.
  12. Garnish it with parsley leaves.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
