fish fillets weighing properly cut into cubes and well marinated.: 750 gm

tablespoon of lemon juice: 1

teaspoon of garlic paste: 1

teaspoon of crushed ajwain: 1

teaspoon of mint paste: 1

tablespoon of oil: 1

teaspoon of green chili paste: 1

teaspoon of salt as per your requirement: 1

teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder: 1

teaspoon of amchur: 1

teaspoon of garam masala: 1

cup of finely sliced, fresh onions: 1

lemon properly cut into wedges: 1

How To Make Punjabi Machchi

  • Start by preparing the marinated mixture and tossing in all ingredients.
  • Once the marinated mixture is ready, you can put inside a refrigerator for an hour max.
  • Put oil inside a pan and keep it covered for about a minute at high heat.
  • Once the minute has passed, add the fish to the pan.
  • Cook the fish uncovered for a period of 15 minutes. Remember to turn once during this period.
