Potatoes: 2

corn starch: 3 tbsp

flour: 1/4 cup

breadcrumbs: 3 tbsp

salt: 1 tsp

pepper: 1 tsp

egg: 1

vegetable oil: 48 oz

How To Make Potato Smiley

  1. Peel the potatoes. 
  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. 
  1. Arrange the potatoes in a pot. 
  1. Fill it up with water and set toboil to soften the potatoes. 
  1. Mash the potato cubes and add cornstarch flour, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. 
  1. Add egg and mix well. 
  1. Sprinkle a plastic wrap with flour. 
  1. Use it to make dough.
  2. Make a circle out of the dough. 
  1. Pour oil into a saucepan and heat it.
    1. Fry the circles of dough. 
  1. Drain the oil. 
  1. Serve at once.
