Popcorn

Popcorn

Popcorn is one of the best things to ever happen to mankind – that is just a fact. It may actually be just an opinion, but it is a well-researched one. It has everything you can ever want in snack food. It is tasty, versatile, and actually low in calories. You can make popcorn taste however you want by seasoning it; you can even cover it in caramel and turn it into candy (what else can you ask for). This recipe is going to show you how to make traditional plain popcorn – you can do what you want from there. You can even pack in your lunch containers along with the lunch box for kids

Health Benefits

Popcorn has a lot of health benefits that make it one of the best snacks out there. Its benefits primarily come from its fiber, antioxidant, polyphenolic compounds, B vitamin complex, manganese, and magnesium content. They work together to improve digestion and keep your bowel movements regular and firm. It also helps to lower cholesterol, control blood sugar, prevent cancer, prevent aging, and aid in weight loss. One of the reasons it does all this is because popcorn is actually a whole grain so it has all the benefits of whole grains.
