How To Make Pesto Baked Pork Chops

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Season pork chops with seasoned salt and garlic powder
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl until they turn smooth. Pour the flour into a separate bowl and then pour the bread crumbs into another bowl
  4. Gently press all the seasoned pork chops into the different bowls that you prepared earlier. Gently shake the pork chops to make sure that all bread crumbs that haven’t stuck can fall. Place the chops into a plate one after the other.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet placed over medium-high heat
  6. Cook the prepared pork chops in the oil until the crumb coating is brown. Transfer pork chops to a baking dish covered with aluminum foil once ready.
  7. Bake the chops in the preheated oven for an hour.
  8. Whisk a concoction of cream of chicken soup, pesto and milk together and pour it over the chops. Continue baking for another 30 minutes and you will be ready.
