Ingredients

package farfalle (bow tie) pasta weighing 8 ounce: 1

cherry tomatoes cut into halves: 20

ounces of bocconcini, which are basically small balls of fresh cheese: 7

quarters of a cup of black olives: 3

tablespoons of olive oil: 2

freshly cut basil leaves: 6

teaspoons of fresh oregano leaves: 1 1/2

How To Make Pasta Fredda

  1. Start the process by pouring water into a large put and adding salt into it.
  2. Put the salted water to boil, until it simmers.
  3. Cook the bow-tie pasta when the water is about to boil. Keep stirring the pasta occasionally, and check if it has been cooked well.
  4. It would take the pasta around 12 minute to be cooked to the bite.
  5. Drain the water and keep the pasta in room temperature.
  6. Take a large bowl
  7. Cut tomatoes into slices of equal length and bocconcini to it.
  8. Add olives, basil, oregano and olive oil to the bowl you have above.
  9. Toss the mixture to evenly coat it.
  10. Add pasta to the tossed tomato mixture and mix it all together for best impact.
