tsp ghee: 6

tsp ginger-garlic paste: 1

tsp garam masala: 1/2

How To Make Peas Pulao

  • Add the basmati rice, fresh peas, onions, chilies, butter, ginger-garlic paste, salt and garam masala, and water in a pressure cooker.
  • Cook at a high temperature for 2 whistles.
  • Decrease the pressure of the cooker and fluff up the pulao using a fork.
