Although this tea tastes great if you are going go make it with peach syrup, do try brewing it with fresh peaches. It definitely brings in the flavor and punch of the nectarine fruit!

Ingredients

tea bags: 3

fresh peaches (cut into slices): 4

cups water: 4

tbsp sugar: 2

How To Make Peach Tea

  1. To a pan, add 2 cups of water, peaches, sugar.
  2. Boil for 5mins.
  3. Stir and crush the peaches.
  4. Switch off the flame.
  5. Leave a lid on the pan and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes – just about the time required for the juices of peaches to infuse into the syrup.
  6. Strain the syrup into an air-tight jar.
  1. To a pan, add 2cups of water.
  2. Boil for 5mins on high flame.
  3. Pour hot water into an insulated tumbler, immerse a tea bag and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags and add peach syrup to it.
  5. Mix well and serve
