cup onion – chopped: 1

tomato – chopped: 500 g

tsp garlic – chopped: 1

tsp Italian seasoning: 1/2

tsp chili flakes: 1

tsp salt: 1

tsp butter: 4

tsp olive oil: 2

tsp apple cider vinegar: 2

water

How To Make Pasta in Tomato Sauce Red Pasta

  • Soak pasta in water for 10 minutes then drain.
  • Combine the tomatoes and apple cider/balsamic vinegar in a bowl and set aside.
  • Pour 4 tsp of water and butter into the pressure cooker.
  • Layer the onions and half the tomatoes on top of the butter.
  • Top with Italian seasoning, salt, chili flakes, and pepper.
  • Layer the pasta and remaining tomatoes on top of the seasoning.
  • Cook at a high temperature for 2 whistles.
  • Release the pressure.
  • Mix in cheese and fresh herbs.
