Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan Chicken is one of my family’s favorite baked chicken recipe. And it is so easy! Boneless chicken breasts are coated in mayonnaise that has been seasoned with seasoned salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Then they are pressed in a mixture of crisp panko crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Just 30 to 35 minutes in the oven and these golden chicken breasts are ready to be served up.I love to serve the chicken with Parmesan rice or garlic pasta shells and steamed broccoli. This is a super simple weeknight meal the everyone will love.

Health Benefits

  1. Chicken is one of the best foods for protein. Protein plays an important role in our diet. It is made of amino acids, which are the building blocks of our muscles. Generally, the recommended amount of daily protein requirement is 1 gram per 1 kg of body weight or 0.4 g of protein per pound of body weight. For athletes, the daily requirement of protein is about 0.6 g to 0.9 g per pound.

Trivia

  1. Hens have their own version of the morning after pill. If she decides after mating that she doesn’t want a particular rooster’s offspring (usually when he’s lower in the pecking order) she can eject his sperm.
