Ingredients

chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, halved)--you can also use whole pieces of chicken: 6

cup all-purpose flour: 1/3

tbsp paprika: 3

cloves garlic, minced: 4

chopped onion: 1

tsp salt: 1

tsp black pepper: 1

tbsp vegetable oil: 2

cup chicken stock: 1

tbsp tomato paste: 2

tbsp cornstarch: 1

cups sour cream: 1 1/2

How To Make Paprika Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, combine salt, pepper, flour and paprika.
  2. Dip the chicken pieces into the mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium flame.
  4. Cook the chicken on the skillet until it gets slightly browned on both sides. This should take no more than 5-8 minutes.
  5. Remove roasted chicken from the flame.
  6. In the same skillet, add in garlic and onions and sauté for 5 minutes until tender. Return the chicken pieces to the skillet and keep stirring gently.
  7. Add chicken stock and tomato paste, stir to combine, bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
  8. Let the chicken simmer for another 8-10 minutes.
  9. In a small bowl, combine1 tablespoon paprika, sour cream and cornstarch together and add to the chicken mixture.
  10. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
