Health Benefits

Paneer bread rolls are delicious, and they are actually quite healthy. This is mostly due to the paneer, more commonly known as cottage cheese in the west. Paneer is rich in protein and calcium. It can help you to improve your metabolism, increase your muscle size, and repair cellular tissue damage. The calcium helps to strengthen your bones and your teeth, so you can keep on eating paneer. And just as an added bonus, eating paneer will also help you to boost your weight loss efforts.
