small piece ginger, finely chopped: 1

tablespoon ground cumin: 1/2

tablespoon ground turmeric: 1/2

teaspoon red chilli powder: 1

teaspoon ground coriander: 1

green chillies, chopped: 2

salt to taste

chopped tomato: 1

teaspoon sugar: 1

tablespoon ground ginger: 1/2

ounces paneer: 7

tablespoon butter: 1

lime, squeezed: 1/2

How To Make Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat oil in a medium pan and sauté cinnamon stick and cumin seeds.
  2. Add finely chopped ginger, onion, ground cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander, and salt. Sauté everything together. Gradually add little water while mixing the ingredients.
  3. Add the chopped green chillies, tomato, sugar, and ground ginger. Mix them well.
  4. Crumble the paneer carefully over the cooking mixture. Mix everything together. Add butter, lime juice, and fresh cilantro leaves.
  5. Your tasty paneer bhurji dish is ready. Serve hot.
