flat fish fillets: 4

tablespoon of olive oil: 2

teaspoon of turmeric: 1/2

teaspoon of chili powder: 1 1/4

lemon for seasoning or garnishing purposes: 1/2

  • Start by soaking the fish fillets and then drying them through a kitchen paper. This will clean the fish and make it perfect for use.
