Health Benefits

Mutton or meat is the major ingredient of mutton masala and it is very rich in protein. Protein helps build up the body and also repair torn tissues or muscles. Lack of this vital nutrient in the body can have severe health consequences.

The importance of salt to the body cannot be overemphasized. It is one substance that must be consumed in the right way. Surplus or lack of it is potent enough to halt the functioning of the human body system.
