How To Make Modenese Pork Chops
- In a large skillet over medium heat melt the 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Put the pork chops into the butter carefully and keep picking it up to check if they have turned brown
- Once they’re brown, switch them over to the other side, so now the top is at the bottom and vice versa
- Add the wine, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic to the cooking mixture. Let it simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the chops are tender. You can check them by trying to cut off a tiny piece from the pork chops.
- Transfer the pork chops to a serving plate and spread the sauce that is left over in the pan all over the meat.
