grams of Basa fish: 500

teaspoon of garlic paste: 1

teaspoon of ginger paste: 1

teaspoon of kaffir lime leaves: 1

teaspoon of sugar: 1/2

teaspoon of lemon zest: 1/2

tablespoon of miso paste: 1

cup of coconut milk: 1 1/4

How To Make Miso Coconut Basa

  • Take some ginger, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, lemon zest, sugar, coconut milk and lemon zest and gather inside a bowl.
  • Once all the ingredients mentioned above have been added to a bowl, mix them properly and make sure that there are no clots whatsoever.
  • Take your 500 grams of Basa fish and cut it into equal slices.
  • Marinate the slices of Basa fish in the mixture that you made above.
  • Marinate each slice carefully, to ensure that the marinade is applied properly.
  • Once marinade has been applied, put the basa fish inside an oven set at 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Put the fish inside the oven for a period of 20 minutes and then take it out.
  • Your dish is now ready, and can now be served hot.
