g onion slices: 200

g tomato puree: 100

g ginger paste: 25

g garlic paste: 25

g chilly powder- red: 20

ml refined oil: 100

g garam masala: 20

g fresh coriander: 100

g dhania powder: 20

Eggs: 4

g jeera powder: 20

How To Make Meat Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook covered for ten minutes.
  2. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, dhania powder, jeera powder, tomato puree, and add some water. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and break the egg open over the dish. The eggs will cook instantly. Enjoy delectable and satisfying meat masala! and eggs.
