Ingredients

plain yogurt: 1 cup

cold water: 2 cups

green chili: 1

ginger: 1/2

chopped cilantro: 1 tbsp

cumin powder: 1/2 tsp

black salt: 1/2 tsp

salt: 1/4 tsp

cilantro or mint: 1/4 tsp

How To Make Masala Chaas

  1. Get a clean bowl and pour in theyogurt
    1. Add all other ingredients apart from the water.
  2. Blend the ingredients with a blender.
    1. Ensure that you obtain a very smooth texture.

Note: For the best result, you can use a grinder in addition to blender. 

  1. Add cold water and blend again so that everything is knitted together. 
  1. Place the drink in your refrigeratorto chill.
    1. After 10 to 15 minutes it is ready to beserved.
