1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mango puree
1/2 cup walnuts – chopped
How To Make Mango Cake
- Preheat oven to 375 °
- Grease a 9 x 5 in loaf pan.
- Cream sugar and butter or margarine till cream mixture turns light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Mix together flour and baking soda.
- Blend into creamed mixture.
- Fold in chopped nuts, vanilla, buttermilk, and mango puree.
- Pour batter into a prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
