Here is a recipe that you can try at home with some interesting ingredients to make you and the inhabitants of your home perfectly happy. You can also pack in your water bottle along with the lunch box, enjoy the meal at work.

Milk is the major ingredient in the recipe and it contains loads of calcium, protein, potassium, phosphorus, vitamins and a host of other nutrients that the body needs for its metabolism activities. Potassium keeps the blood pressure normal while phosphorus is strong enough to generate energy for the body and also strengthen the bones. Ingredients

milk: 750 ml

cup sugar: 1/2

cup cream- fresh: 1/2

cup paalkova: 1/2

tsp vanilla essence: 1/2

How To Make Jigarthanda

  • Boil and simmer the milk in low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Add sugar, scrap the sides of the vessel, and continue cooking until the milk is halved or light brown in color.
  • Refrigerate 1 cup of the cooked milk and heat the remaining milk for 8 more minutes before you cool it down.
  • Add paalkova, fresh cream, vanilla essence, and simmer it together. Freeze it for 4 hours.
  • Add the 1 cup of refrigerated cooked milk and blend thoroughly to make it creamy.
  • Stir well and serve at once. Also, make a batch and store in the flask
