tbsp granulated sugar: 1

tbsp salt: 2

teaspoon black pepper: 1

teaspoon ground basil or 1 teaspoon basil leaves: 1

cup white vinegar: 1/4

cup canola oil: 2/3

tbsp water: 2

How To Make Italian Dressing Mix

  1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, combine white vinegar, canola oil, water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix. Transfer to bottles and shake before using.
