Ingredients

fettucine pasta: 1 lb

Italian salad dressing: 8 oz

cup red wine vinegar: 1/4

small onion - chopped: 1

package pepperoni sausage--diced: 1

sliced mushrooms: 4 oz

diced and drained tomatoes: 16 oz

sliced olives: 3 oz

salad seasoning mix—as preferred

cups grated parmesan cheese: 2

How To Make Cold Spaghetti Salad

  1. Boil water and add some salt and olive oil. Add pasta and cool till al dente. Drain and rinse through with cold water.
  2. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, salad dressing and vinegar. Toss to combine, while taking care not to break the noodles.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour prior to serving.
