Indian Fried Rice

Indian fried rice is a warm and spicy comfort food that will leave your taste buds tingling with delight. Many people consider fried rice a simple dish, but that is not the case. Its flavor profile is rich and tantalizing, and it can function as a meal, appetizer, or side dish. It is the ultimate complimentary dish; mix and match with your favorite Indian recipes to see what you like best!

This Indian Fried Rice recipe stores well. You can store it in a casserole and eat later, and it will still taste as delicious as freshly prepared

Health Benefits

Indian fried rice is made with ghee. It is a healthier option than butter, due to its high-smoke point and the clarification process it undergoes, which removes water and milk fat. It is actually safe for those sensitive to lactose or casein, as both are cooked out long before it reaches you or your Indian fried rice!
