cups red seedless grapes – halved: 2

cup capers – drained and rinsed: 1/3

shallot – minced: 1

tbsp fresh parsley – chopped: 2

salt and black pepper to taste

8 oz tuna steaks

How To Make Grilled Tuna Steaks with Grape and Caper Salsa

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Placethe grapes, capers, shallot, parsley, and olive oil in a mixing bowl and stir them together.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepperto taste then set itaside.
  • On a plate, place the tuna steaksand brush with lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper as per your taste.
  • Cook the tuna steaks on a preheated grill or until they are cooked to the desired degree of doneness.
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
