Ingredients
cups whole milk: 2
cups chicken broth: 2

How To Make Gnocchi Bake
- Boil a pot of water and preheat the broiler or grill.
- Heat a nonstick pan and add the oil.
- Add the leeks and carrots to the oil and cook over a medium heat.
- Stir frequently for about five minutes or until the leeks have softened.
- Put the gnocchi in the boiled water and cook according to package instructions.
- Add the cooked chicken to the pan with the leeks and carrots and stir well.
- Add the can of mushroom soup to the pan along with the garlic powder and parsley.
- Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked and drained gnocchi.
- Softly stir to coat the gnocchi in the other ingredients.
- Transfer to an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle with the cheese and put under the broiler/grill until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
