beefeater gin: 2 ounces
lime cordial: 3/4 ounces
lime wedge: 1
How To Make Gimlet
- Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the gin and lime cordial. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- It’s a great idea to run the rim of the glass with the lime wedge. Gently squeeze it over the drink and drop it in. Enjoy!
Tip
